You will be aware that school leaders’ union NAHT Cymru are now engaged in industrial action short of strike and NEU is currently taking discontinuous strike action. Whilst the unions have collectively tried to minimise the direct impact on children and young people, the ability of Llanhari Primary School to maintain all of our usual provisions has been affected.

After carrying out a robust risk assessment I am, therefore, writing to outline that:

The teaching staff and I want to see an end to this period of dispute and a return to normal school life as soon as possible.
