Autumn Term 2024- All About Me!

Concept- Cynefin

Welcome back to a new school year!

We will be exploring the concept of Cynefin and will be learning about ourselves and where we live. We will explore our local area and the village. We will also be learning about our families and what makes us special. As part of our topic we will be learning about people who help us. Please let us know if you have a job where you help people and would like to come in and speak to the children.

We will continue to use the grid method for homework for the Autumn Term. There is a grid with some activities linked to our topic. These can be completed as and when you choose throughout the term. Please bring in completed tasks or you can upload and email activities. These activities are supposed to be a fun and interactive way to approach learning and support the tasks we are doing in school. I look forward to your creations and remember be as creative as you like!

We will be looking to restart Creative Afternoons once the children have settled. This will be after half term.  See Facebook for the dates.

We will be uploading pictures and updates about our weekly learning on the website- remember to keep an eye out!
